I\'ve cleaned up this since I think people don\'t want to read the small book I\'ve written over the past year. Some info is missing, as one can see, but I\'m going to go through all of my letters to fill in most of the stuff.
Note on OHSU. I got lots of correspondence from OHSU, there\'s the hold letter, the waitlist letter, ranking of the waitlist, and finally acceptance. Just FYI. Anyway, that will be where I\'m going on an HPSP Scholarship.
