Summary of Application Experience
This has been very expensive!
12/14/04 Haven't heard any (good) news in a while.
12/15/04 I got my acceptance letter from UVM today:)!!
1/31/05 The rejections keep rolling in but I really don't care. I decided very early on in the process that UVM was my top choice for many reasons, both financial and academic, so the rejections don't really bother me. Had I not been accepted into UVM I would have been really upset at this point. Tufts has delayed a decision on my application. Although I'm set on UVM, I'm still curious to see the results of all the hard work that went in to the application process.
4/6/05 I just let go of my spot at Temple. I still haven't heard a thing from Tufts. I thought the interview there went really well so I'm a bit confused but I don't want to go there anyway. I haven't heard anything from Rush, but once again, I don't really care to go there either. It would be nice to at least get a rejection letter though. So I've known for months that UVM is where I'm going no matter what. Now I get to wait to see how financial aid pans out.
5/16/05 Well, I finally heard from Tufts. I've been waitlisted. I thought my interview there went very well. I guess I'm glad to know I wasn't simply rejected. The good news is that because I'm set on UVM being waitlisted at Tufts doesn't complicate my life. I do feel bad for people who are waitlisted at places they would really like to go. It seems like it would be very stressful. Goodluck to everyone still waiting/applying in the future!
