Summary of Application Experience
Application went extremely well. I was invited for an interview 4 days after receipt of my secondary and informed of my acceptance 7 days after my interview. Loma Linda was the only school I applied to, but I was told that my Postbacc GPA and MCAT along with my work history would have made me competitive at a number of schools. The interview made me feel that the school concentrated less on the fact that I am SDA and more on the overall package. They asked me numerous questions regarding my work history and how my postbacc work compensated for my poor undergrad grades, but very little about religion. This observation could be biased since they may have satisfactorily established my veiws from the secondary.
