Brief Profile:
I decided some anonymity would be best. I have the the typical research (no publications, but funded projects), volunteering, shadowing, and some neat personal experiences that I hope will add to my application.
The MCAT shown above is the best I have in each section. Unfortunately when I retook I scored one point lower over all, but went up a point in BS. So far my research has shown that many schools take the highest overall, if not the highest per section. Aug 07: 9 10 10 29R Jan 08: 8 9 11 28R

Summary of Application Experience
This process will suck the life out of you but if you come up on top (and by 'on top' I mean with an acceptance) then it will all be worth it.
Words of advice:
- Take the MCAT early, and only once. - Apply early. Regardless of your scores, your chances are increased with an early application. I was complete early June. - Find friends who are going through the same thing. I didn't attend a school with lots of pre-med students, so this was tricky for me. It makes the ups and downs of the cycle a little bit more bearable. - Test out your interview outfit before you wear it to your first interview. Bring a sewing kit (especially with safety pins) with you. - Be willing to adjust your expectations. My opinions of schools changed dramatically with every secondary, tour, and rejection. - Don't slack off in your classes; strong performance is critical, especially if you are on a wait list.
