9/19/07- Just got my MCAT scores today. So happy!
5/18/08- Finished filling out AMCAS (wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be), and all my spring semester grades are finally in.
5/24/08- Eeek, I keep adding new schools and I don't know if I'm going overboard or not... I hate how expensive this is going to be.
6/13/08- AMCAS is verified! Now I just have to sit back and wait for those secondaries... ;)
6/25/08- I got an interview invite to UMich!! :D :D :D
6/30/08- I just submitted the Yale and Columbia secondaries. I'm still waiting on one more recommendation, then I'll have interfolio send over my recs... I'm pretty pleased with myself for getting this done while I'm at a summer camp!
7/14/08- I just got e-mail confirmation from Columbia that I'm complete there, which prompted me to check on Penn and Yale too, and I'm complete there too! :D
8/3/08- I kind of feel like I'm running out of steam on these secondaries. I wish it would be icky and rainy at least for a while so I wouldn't feel so guilty about being cloistered up inside while I write essays...
9/5/08- I interviewed at UMich and absolutely loved it. They definitely won me over. I just hope that I get in!
9/17/08- My interview today at Pitt went well. The people there seem really great.
10/11/08- After a solid month of back-to-back interviews, I am exhausted and anxious to start hearing decisions!
12/23/08- Accepted to NYU! This is such a huge relief. I know I always had EVMS to fall back on, but I really want to get out of Virginia for med school. Merry Christmas!
1/9/09- Call from Dr. Beckman! Accepted to Tulane! I absolutely adore New Orleans, so this is really exciting!
3/17/09- I am definitely, 100% sure that I'm attending Tulane next year! I'm so excited!
