Summary of Application Experience
7/6/07 - LORs, transcripts, and secondaries are in (have been for a couple of weeks, actually); MCAT scores should be at TMDSAS sometime next week. Wish I could have done better on the test, but I'll run with it. Because of family and finances, I really need to stay in Texas. I didn't apply to Tech because my husband's asthma means Lubbock wouldn't be a good idea at all. Also not UTSW because I don't have the stats and I'm not interested in research/cut-throat stuff. So I'm taking a gamble on five schools (TCOM is the one I have my heart set on). Constructive comments and new friends are always welcome!
7/19 - Contacted by TCOM for interview on 8/10! Yay!!
8/10 - Interview at TCOM went well; at least, I hope I didn't make any horrendously large mistakes.
Galveston interview is 9/14 and TAMU will be (I think) 9/27.
