Summary of Application Experience

07/04/2007-The schools listed above are all schools that I'm considering applying to but have not as of yet. I think I will need to cut some schools just because I don't have enough money to travel to such far distances.

Among other concerns, one of my largest is that I earned an F in Calc II 3rd semester. I did retake the class, and got a B. Although my GPA is low, only looking at my last two years of undergrad, I have 16 As, 3 B+s, and 1 B. My BCPM during those last two years is 3.80.

I'm not picky about where I would like to go. I would really love the opportunity to go to any US med school, and at this point, the bigger issues are: 'Which schools will accept me?' and 'To how many schools can I afford to apply?'

I also received an invitation for an interview from NJMS on the 25th of September, and my interview is scheduled for October 4th... kind of nervous... I really want to get in there.

11/08/2007-It's been forever since I updated this. My interview went terribly, or at least it felt like it. But I guess my perceptions that my interviewer didn't like me were wrong because I got accepted! So freaking relieved, and I think NJMS is my first choice. Couldn't ask for more. So great getting accepted this early in the cycle.

I'm assuming that they either got them and never updated the site and rejected me or that they never received them so my file was always incomplete. Regardless of which it is, I never followed up with them because I was set on going to NJMS.
