Summary of Application Experience
Created final school list for my reapplication. At 51 schools, it\'s amazingly the same number as my first application and far more than I had intended. My MCAT expires during this cycle, though, so this is my last shot.

Rationale for some schools/states:
Connecticut, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin - ties to area/school Maryland - only school to interview me with previous application
===//===
6/3 - Chose VCU over Tulane and withdrew from all schools except Georgetown. SMP also ended yesterday!
5/23 - Had a change of heart about VCU, which took me off their waitlist on 5/19. I had ranked it below Tulane, but now I\'m having second thoughts. Tough choice involving a lot of soul searching & daily flip flopping.
5/12 - Paid Tulane\'s deposit, so unless Wisconsin takes me off their list, I\'m going to Tulane!
4/4 - Pretty sure the outcome of this cycle is decided. It\'ll be between Tulane and one other school, by the end, I think. I like Tulane, but the price tag and the instability five years after Katrina give me some pause. I\'m also not sure what to make of their match list. If I don\'t get the luxury/curse of choosing schools, I\'ll still be thrilled with New Orleans and the next phase of my life.
12/17 - Happy with progress in SMP. Currently 3.75+ at the halfway mark
12/3 - First acceptance @ Tulane
11/30 - SMP advisor letter uploaded to AMCAS as a supplemental
10/7 - First interview @ PSU
8/27 - First interview invite @ VCU
6/30 - Uploaded LORs - so far 1.5 months ahead of last cycle
6/26 - AMCAS verified - so far 3 weeks ahead of last cycle
6/15 - AMCAS received the last transcript
6/2 - AMCAS submitted but post-bacc transcript won\'t be released until 6/15
Summary of Experience:
Despite my love for DC, I can\'t stand this school\'s curriculum or its price tag. During a tour, the students didn\'t seem happy either.
