-100+ hrs as volunteer at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Pediatric Rehab, Trauma Rehab, Trauma Recess spread over 5 years. -50+ hrs. O.R. time, scrubbed in next to pediatric urologist at Miami Children's and JMH -shadowed pediatric urologist for 6 months at Children's during rounds in clinic -clinical research (sort of) at a vet lab in so. mia where fellows and residents practice laporoscopies on 'purpose-bred' pigs (specifically I did a few nephrectomies and opened the abdomen a couple times with a fellow). -1+ year of research in astrophysics in physics department building TES xray detectors (mostly hands on, building things we didn't have $$$ to buy, worked mostly with graduate student) -treasurer for rock climbing club for 1 year, managed $2000+ anual budget, taught instructional courses at gym, organized first outdoor trip to the Red River Gorge in KY for club, competed in several competitions throughout florida and placed in adult nationals in 2007 -rowed on JV crew during first semester (accounts at least somewhat for a low first semester GPA)
