Words of Wisdom:
Network throughout your undergraduate years! I started going to conferences freshman year and from then on I kept in contact with various school Deans/Assistant Deans/Directors. It is nice to have an advocate on the other end.
Personal Statement was a work in progress... creative writing is a strength of mine :-)
