Summary of Application Experience
-Submited primary application on June 19th. Processing was complete on July 10th. -Secondaries were all complete in early-mid August (except for a few stragglers I didnt recieve until later...) I was under the mistaken assumption I would have heard more by now. As of this, the third week of September, the running total is: 1 interview 2 holds 2 pre-sec rejections 2 post-sec rejections and a whole lot of apps still in limbo..... Only since getting my Creighton interview have I ceased to let hitting the 'update' button on my email be my all consuming hobby...having an interview to prepare for has really taken my mind off it (somewhat)...I'm at least down to checking, probably...hmmm...15 times a day (and if that seems like a lot to you, oh boy...you should have seen me before!!!!)
NOVEMBER Im about to go on my third interview! Whoo hoo! I've decided not to keep any more tallies of rejections or holds. Once I get one, I simply toss the file and pretend I never even applied there (denial is not just a river, its an ocean)....I'm only counting interviews and hopefully (gulp) acceptances! Please Please Please to the Powers That Be...let me hear from Creighton soon!!!!!
