Brief Profile:
nothing too special here: E.R. volunteering one summer, asthma research and song bird research (no pubs yet, but abstracts with my name on them have been submitted), nice anesthesia shadowing experience, worked up the ranks of religious organization, some tutoring, building manager, Kaplan Instructor, Intramurals, and yes, my favorite: dean's list 4/6 semesters.

Summary of Application Experience
6/20: Man, even doing the primary app. sucks. 6/25: Primary submitted. 7/10: AMCAS verified. 8/4: All letters sent to schools. 8/23: Now to play the waiting game and experience the emotional roller coaster of the process. 9/21: Holds are annoying, kinda defeats the purpose of applying early. Thank God I have one interview. 10/25: So I'm hold now at another school. I'm not hearing from my 'safeties' and I'm guess I'm at one of the dips in the roller coaster. Feeling very uneasy right about now. 12/12: I think I'm in a good place right now. Really want to nail these next few interviews, especially NW.
