Summary of Application Experience
My applications were completed a bit late in the process due to a late recommendation. The process has gone pretty well so far. After getting into Pitt, I could cancel most of my mainland interviews, saving me a lot of money on travel expenses.
12/8 - Accepted to Pitt! It's definitely one of my top choices, and I can now cancel most of my other applications!
12/13 - Accepted to University of Hawaii. I was surprised at getting the acceptance so early. I was told that acceptances would be sent out in April/May. They offered a scholarship, making the first year of school free. I may go here if Pitt financial aid doesn't work out.
3/13 - Planning on going to Pitt. I'm very excited and currently looking into housing options.
