Summary of Application Experience
Applied through amcas and completed by June 20th. -I didn't really have a lot of medical experience, which I was definitely worried about -Got rejected really quickly from Vandy, but got secondaries from most everwhere. -I'm not really expecting any interviews from outside of Alabama where I am a resident -Interview at South Alabama went extremely well and got accepted about a week and a half after the interview. -Have an interview at UAB soon on 12/8, so hopefully that will go well. Trying to decide on UAB and USA will be tough if I get into UAB, but I am leaning towards UAB since it is where I grew up and Birmingham is a lot better than Mobile in my opinion. I do like USA's smaller class size and the fact that they offer a lot of clinical experience. -Finally got into UAB on 3/8...was beginning to think there was no hope for me
