Summary of Application Experience

i only deceided that to apply to medschool in february so my letters, PS and choice of schools are last minute decions. applied late (end september) hoping for the best. i went to CC for 2 years and that will not help my case

working on secondaries but want to wait till aug mcat scores to send them in. i only studied for a month, not sure how i did

10/15 i got a 30, and decided to submit secondaries. i know its late and my stats are not great but maybe i'll get lucky. i have strong upward trend.

Nov- complete everywhere but penn. got reject pre-secondary by wake forest, surprise, surprise. its probably long anyways.
First post secondary rejection is here. From downstate, 2 days after completion letter. I wonder if they even looked at my application.

11/20 i've been complete at most places for about a month. Best news so far was a possible interview pool from Rosalind.
Researching options for next year: SMP at Georgetown, AP at Rosalind. Thinking of retaking the MCAT.

12/2 got hold email from GW along with the rest of the world and upstate hold letter. i smell the rejections coming from the better schools on my list.

12/6 rejection #2 just arrived: albany. letter dated 11/28 website last updated 12/2 no email warning as promised.

12/14 some thin envelopes are good news: i got an invite to drexel! i have an interview!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh yeah and pritzker rejection, but who cares

1/1 michigan decides to send me a secondary. do i want to be a PCP in rural MI? i guess so

1/15 got a suit. drexel, i hope you like it

1/23 in urgent need of some invites

1/30 it is my 1 month aniversary since my last rejection letter or any communication from schools for that matter.

2/6 i am in a new pile: continue to review at penn state
more rejections: DMS and Davis

3/10 michigan state interivew !!!!!!!!!!!
still waiting for temple, nymc, wayne, rfu, jefferson, and tufts.

had my MSU interview. the school, students, and everyone else i met were very nice. they said the adcom meets next week so if the interview comments are submitted before than, i shall know the results next week.

4/25 drexel interview went ok. nothing special but i really liked the school and phili seems very cool.

5/6 waitlisted at msu. considering taking off my name because i cant see my self there for 4 years. i guess if drexel does not work out, i'll go to SMP and reapply.

5/22 temple, jefferson, and sinai forgot to reject me
5 weeks post drexel interview.
my job has been pretty fun and i met few celebrities. i am getting ready to leave my BH heaven.

7/2 waitlisted at drexel

7/20 i just found out that i got accepted to drexel! im going to be a doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!
