Really loved this school when interviewing. I liked the sense of community between the students and got the feeling that the faculty really wanted their students to succeed. They keep track of all the trends in medical education and implement them promptly. Such as the innovative curriculum, moving back the board exams to the end of 3rd year, ect.
Rejected post interview but I'm not that upset. I liked this school the least out of all the ones that I've visited. Everyone was very friendly but I thought the opportunities for students were very limited in everything from places to eat to clinical experiences to volunteer opportunities. The campus had a feeling of being very isolated and I don't think the first two years would prepare you to succeed in the last two.
I really liked this school. I felt that it had everything I was looking for in terms of opportunities and student experience. The only negative I have to say about this school is that the curriculum seems a bit only fashioned, but I'm sure that will be changing pretty soon.
I didn't feel like my interview was much better than last cycle other than the fact that I was more clearly able to demonstrate my motivation for medicine.
My first acceptance!!! I'm so relieved that this process is finally over. I had just started study for an MCAT retake....
