Brief Profile:
Writer for campus entertainment magazine. Tutored at a West Philadelphia middle school. Tried out working in a lab for a semester--didn't like it. Full-time job at a pharmacy the summer after freshman year. Full-time job at a warehouse the summer after sophomore year. Took August 2003 MCAT after junior year.
After graduation in 2004, I took a year off to get everything together. I work full-time at a hospital pharmacy and volunteer as a GED tutor in the area. Basically, I have a lot of work experience, but a little light on the extracurricular side.

I have a pretty interesting story. Lived in an inner-city area for eighteen years. Father owned his own business (a grocery/restaurant), so I worked there from middle school to my last year of high school. Hopefully, that story can help me out in this process.
