I actually took the old version of the MCAT with 6 subscores: 11, 11, 10, 10, 9, 9: total score 60. The old version of the MCAT that I took did not have a graded writing section. I imagine the old score of 60 is comparable to the new score of 30.
I applied early (August-Sept) and was accepted to both NJ schools by the end of November.
