Summary of Application Experience
Submitted my AMCAS before doing much research about which schools I wanted or would be a good fit. In retrospect, I would have bothered to turn in secondaries at Cornell and Stanford, and omitted from AMCAS a few which I considered 'safety'. The most important thing to keep in mind is that the process is very random. Qualifications only go so far, and then it's all luck. I do tend to win a lot of raffles and door prizes, and I can't complain about the outcome of this application process. Maybe I should take up playing the lottery.
