    Summary of Application Experience

    I took the MCAT in August, did poorly on the VR and applied late. Don't let this happen to you. The D.O. schools are great if you are in a similar situation. Do not take the VR for granted and try as hard as you can to take the April MCAT. Also, pay close attention to the acceptance rates at out of state schools if you are an out of state resident (very low). If I could do it all over again I would only apply to private out of state schools. Good luck to everyone!
