Application Cycle One: 06/10/2015
Undergraduate college: UC
Undergraduate Area of study: Biological/Life Sciences
Summary of Experience:
Impressive school that seems to be on the rise. Cool 18 month preclinical curriculum with step 1 after the main rotations. Location in mid-Manhattan is awesome. The hospitals are great as well.
Summary of Experience:
My alma mater and this one hurt. I really had a good feeling about UCI. Loved the students I met at the pre interview social. Both my interviews went pretty well I thought, but I totally messed up on the single stage MMI thing. Frustrating.. Optimistic because I heard there is usually some waitlist movement.
Summary of Experience:
The students and my interviewer were very friendly and genuine. I like the pass/fail, focus on student wellness, and the flexibility students have for electives.
Summary of Experience:
This fact that this school is top notch was pretty clear just from the interview day. Very honored to be accepted, and will make it a tough choice. Ann arbor was a nice area, but it would be a big move.
