Summary of Application Experience
It is exhausting, but you have to stay calm. Interviews seem very scary and lots of people are going to tell you 'horror stories.' But I can say from personal experience, that most interviews SEEM to be very conversational and mostly are designed to get to know you (unless I missed a hidden agenda). The most important part of an interview, in my opinion, is to come off natural and relaxed. Be yourself but practice answers to the 'big ones.'
As for writing applications and essays, it sucks and nobody likes to do it. But you'll thank yourself later if you did a good job. I dont think your sketch 'makes or breaks' you, but that may have been my personal experience.
Good luck and remember what you are trying to pursue!
