Summary of Application Experience
I echo others' sentiments that applying to medical school is a long, expensive, and at times emotional process, but I am very grateful for the reflection it has inspired and the opportunity to meet so many incredible people over the past several months. I've felt both pleasantly surprised and disappointed, as well as frustrated by a lack of transparency around some admissions decisions, but I am also very thankful and cannot wait to begin med school in the fall! Through it all, I tried my best to stay true to myself and follow my intuition, which are my two pieces of (somewhat cheesy) advice for future applicants stumbling across this page. Best of luck to all the other applicants out there!
Summary of Experience:
First acceptance and could not be happier! Loved my interview day and everything about the school. Having lived in large cities my whole life, the size of Ann Arbor would certainly be a change, but the place definitely has a nice charm.
Summary of Experience:
Pritzker was one of my top choices going into the app cycle, and I'm thrilled to be accepted here. Really liked Hyde Park as well.
