Summary of Experience:
This was one of the last secondary apps that I got, but I submitted it right away. I really enjoyed the interview day. It went from about 8-2:30 with about 20 of us interviewees. It was a relaxed, fun day including presentations about the medical school, two 30-45 minute interviews with doctors or professors or 4th year med students and a tour and lunch with 2nd year med students. They said we'd be notified of their decision 6-8 weeks after the interview with a call for acceptance and an email for rejection or waitlist, and they held true to that! I am from Minnesota and I loved the school when I visited, so I accepted right away and will be joining the class of 2018!
