    Summary of Application Experience

I was ecstatic when I was accepted to UT Memphis this past month! I really think that although my MCAT score was not competative, my extracurricular activities, especially the health-related volunteer work, helped me out a lot. I encourage anyone who is applying for next year to really get out there and get some experience working/volunteering in a clinical setting, whether it be a school health clinic or a hospital. The experience is worthwhile!
