GPA is on the low end, but MCAT is high which seems rather rare. I finally made an account for others in the process to relate to if coming from a challenging undergrad and with similar stats
-biochemistry research 1 yr in high school, at MIT for 2 yrs in one lab and 2 summer, then 1 yr in another lab with one summer, then 1 yr full time during gap year
-~100 hrs volunteering, not much shadowing
-community service for a public health related cause, some extracurrics -president in almost all activities
-publication in science, 2nd author
