Brief Profile:
Did not decided to do medicine until 3rd year in college so did all premed courses during a two-year postbac program. Hence, low undergrad GPA and great postbac GPA. Applied first time as an international student with low verbal score (7) and did not get any interviews. Applied the second time as a permanent resident with verbal score of 9 and got 16 interviews. When I applied the second time, I was worried about many things: low undergrad GPA, low verbal score (9), applied as a reapplicant, took many MCAT exams, did not publish any paper, etc. It turned out that everything was fine. As an advice to future applicants: relax, do not worry. If you have a good MCAT score and have done relatively well lately, you will be fine. Apply early and broadly.
