I didn\'t realize this school required a DO letter when I applied. While a lot of people say it\'s a formality, I still feel like it would have been obnoxious for me to ask the DO I shadowed to write me a full-blown LoR.
Summary of Experience:
I thought UNECOM was awesome, fingers crossed for the A.
PROS: - Student body. Really blown away by how cool everyone was. Everyone seemed really tight, which I thought was awesome. - Location. I can see myself living here. It's my kind of area.
CONS: - Curriculum. It seems kind of sloppy/in a state of flux right now.
Procyon took the old MCAT and scored a 28 which is in the 67th percentile of all old scores.
We converted this to a 505 on the updated scale which is in the 67th percentile of the updated MCAT. We also converted Procyon’s section scores as follows:
Procyon scored a 10 on the Biological Science section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 127 on the Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems.
Procyon scored a 8 on the Physical Science section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 125 on the Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems.
Procyon scored a 10 on the Verbal Reasoning section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 127 on the Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills.
