Summary of Application Experience
I applied kind of late, did not finish secondaries until Mid-October. Word to the wise, please submit as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.
Pretty generic pre-med-y stuff. Published a few high-impact research papers and did some clinical work.
Summary of Experience:
Interview invite came late for Feb, pretty sure was interviewing for a waitlist/rejection spot. 3/05-rejected along with everyone else in my interview group. Not sure how I feel about MMI, admissions people don\'t seem like they have their act together compared to other similar-tiered schools. I loved the students though, awesome bunch of kids.
Summary of Experience:
Homeward bound, tons of people apply to Emory. The review process seemed random at best. Interview day was great, loved the staff. Students seemed a bit over-the-top like \"hey guys Emory is greatest.\" 4/2012 - got waitlisted, oh well.
Summary of Experience:
Oh boy oh boy and got an interview! Lerner is one\'s dream med school. Unlimited resources for whatever you want to do in med school. rove you rong time. 2/12-another waitlist oh well
Summary of Experience:
Interview! Loved everything about Yale. Please, please take me! 6/2012 - update no significant waitlist movement this year. I was ranked in the upper half of the waitlist, guess my dreams were for nought.
Summary of Experience:
For a new school they are doing really well. Great amenities, really friendly staff, nice interviewers. People always say how Hofstra shouldn\\\'t be taken seriously, I beg to differ. This is an awesome school, but will need some time to get established.
Summary of Experience:
Home sweet home. Loved the school, friendliest students, staff, and faculty. Real southern hospitality. Update 11/2011 - accepted, first acceptance into med school woohoo!
Update 5/2/2012: Offered Scholarship $$ to attend!
