    Summary of Application Experience

All my secondaries were in by the last week in August. Applied to 11 schools, went on 7 interviews, 3 acceptances.

I actually had a lot of fun at the interview days. The waiting is the part that has been really hard. I\'m interested in rural medicine, so when I chose schools I first looked for locations/regions I really wanted to be in, then looked to see what schools offered rural medicine programs. I think the most important thing is to pick schools that really make you excited. I feel like in the cases where this was true, it really came through during my interviews.
