Summary of Application Experience
Advice: get LOR early! I applied in July, but my appplication wasn't complete until the LOR came in, which wasn't until the end of September!!! The personal statement is HUGE in making decisions for non-traditional apps, so be sure to have it read over and over again. Try and find someone to 'take you under their wing' and help you along--I found someone to help and I think it has made all the difference.
What's with all this 'on hold' business??? I guess its better than being rejected outright!
12/8/04--OMG!! I'm going to be a doctor! My first acceptance! You've seen my stats...can you believe it!?! Keep the faith, boys and girls, it can happen for you too!
12/15/04. Uniformed Services. Wow!!!!! Now I've got some thinking to do. HOLY COW--multiple acceptances!
