Summary of Experience:
My MMI interviews went terribly here. Great school, interesting curriculum, but overall, it didn\'t seem like a great fit for me after having interviewed at many other schools that seemed to fit me well.
Summary of Experience:
Vanderbilt was an all-around awesome school. The faculty, staff, and students were extremely friendly, the students seemed very happy, the new curriculum sounds very exciting, and the campus is beautiful. I think I would really enjoy living in Nashville, too.
Summary of Experience:
I really liked this school and St. Louis. They provide excellent facilities for the students, everyone was very friendly, and I got that \"fit\" feeling.
Summary of Experience:
UVA was absolutely awesome, and I really liked Charlottesville. The facilities were great, the new curriculum is exciting, and the students, faculty, and staff were all very friendly. Also, the campus was just beautiful. Overall, I think I would definitely enjoy spending four years at UVA.
Summary of Experience:
This interview day was really fun. UCF did a great job showing off the great facilities available to the med students, and I was really impressed by the direction this already strong school is headed.
Summary of Experience:
Wake is a good all-around school. I really enjoyed my interviews here, and I felt they were some of my best ones. I also really liked Winston-Salem and its proximity to mountains/hiking, and the insanely low cost of living.
Summary of Experience:
Dartmouth is a very aesthetically pleasing school, as is Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (it\'s hands-down the most attractive hospital I\'ve ever seen). Unfortunately, it rained the entire day of my interview. People seemed very friendly at this school, and the Upper Valley was gorgeous. I wish I\'d had more time to spend up there during my visit, as I would\'ve loved to go for a hike in one of the nearby state parks.
I was quite sad to withdraw, but I don\'t think I could handle New England winters, and my gluten-free diet (I\'m celiac) demands more food shopping/dining options than are available near Hanover. There isn\'t a Whole Foods in the entire state of NH!
Summary of Experience:
I was really impressed by everything Baylor has to offer its students, from amazing clinical opportunities, the ability to work with the world\'s experts in many fields, and a very flexible curriculum that students can tailor to suit their needs.
