Brief Profile:
MDApplicants has been pretty helpful for me in selecting schools. Hope my appication can serve as reference for future applicants.
Lots of volunteering, lots of shadowing, lots of experiences. Hopefully schools can see past my mediocre GPA.

Summary of Application Experience
MCAT Score came out in early September. Working on getting those secondaries in now. I would love to go to any of the schools i applied to. My goal is to become a physician and any of these schools will prepare me for that.
Becoming a doctor has been a life-long dream for me, and i made sure to show that in my secondaries.
During college i really focused on exploring all things of the surrounding world, thus my extracurriculars are considered really good.
Not gonna lie, i am a bit disappointed with how this cycle turned out. I wasn\'t expecting much when i applied because i knew my GPA would hold me back, but after i got the MD schools interview invites i actually thought i had a good chance. I am probably either terrible at interviewing, or the whole package just did not impress the admissions committees. Then again i did get accepted to both of the DO schools i interviewed at so maybe im not that terrible at interviewing. I don\'t mind going DO, i just always dreamed of being an MD. But in the end its just two letters after my initials. I will be doing what i love either way: helping people feel better! I think i would just feel better about the cycle if i knew that it was my grades that got me out of MD running, and i did not get any MD interviews. But being 0/3 at MD interviewing just makes me kinda sad.
Summary of Experience:
I guess i suck at interviewing. Being invited for an interview here was kind of a miracle in itself, but the interview went horribly and i knew i would be rejected right as i left the door. It was very high pressure and i felt the interviewers did not like me from the start .I should have requested another interview on the spot but didn\'t know i had this option until i spoke to students way later.
Summary of Experience:
Fell in love with the school. Waitlisted 2 weeks after interview. Not looking good for me here :( I thought the interview went really well, my gpa probably prevented me from being accepted.
Summary of Experience:
Interview went pretty well, i just interviewed late, after they got word their class had to be 65 instead of 100. Most people interviewing february onwards got waitlisted. Do whatever you can to move your interview to an earlier date if interviewing here.
