Summary of Experience:
I laughed to myself when I got rejected here-besides the fact that I had little to no interest in being at this school (I hated it after getting in/visiting for undergrad), I sent in my application in September. It also doesn\'t hurt that I already have 3 great acceptances in the bag.
Summary of Experience:
Kind of surprised-wrote an amazing essay and have much higher stats than their averages...also thought I was a good fit in general-oh well not too dissapointed, already got Northwestern
Summary of Experience:
Somewhat surprised at this rejection, but I guess interviewing at 3/4 of the top tier NYC schools is enough-really hoping for columbia...loved that place
Summary of Experience:
I was glad for the opportunity to interview here, but based on where I was already accepted I decided to withdraw to save some cash. Hope someone else gets the chance!
Summary of Experience:
This was my first interview-I loved this place, it was really pretty with great facilities and happy/cool students. The interview could\'ve gone better, but I was kind of nervous and didn\'t know what to expect. Unfortunately, I am currently on the waitlist-I sent an update letter right after that
Summary of Experience:
School was nice-not the greatest area of boston. OK facilities, the Dean is great at selling the school though. Students seemed to like it.
-After being accepted to Columbia+WashU, I can\'t say I\'m disappointed...withdrew immediately after waitlist
Summary of Experience:
Great place with beautiful facilities. Interviewing here was my first time in Chicago, and I was very impressed with the city itself. I think this would be a great place to spend 4 years and pursue great medical training. Seems to be plenty of opportunities to do what I want in terms of flexible research within a vibrant cultural and academic environment.
Summary of Experience:
Obviously wonderful facilities, but I was expecting this. I\'m not sure about STL for the next four years, but I hear good things about the school and surrounding environment. Seems to be a somewhat spread out city, but thats cool as long as there are nice areas around. Wonderful reputation and cool little medical student personal desks :P-like having your own office space! also, a long history of being amazing for both preclinical and clinical years, with amazing match lists
Summary of Experience:
Seemed pretty cool-NYC location, though facilities weren\'t the greatest in terms of classrooms and dorms. Some of the research labs are nice. Also, clinical training here must be amazing. Students seem to like the place, very young crowd, which I have no problem with since I am straight out of undergrad. We\'ll see what happens
Summary of Experience:
Boston is nice, though Tufts isn\'t in the greatest area. I thought it was too expensive for what it had to offer, but many students here seemed very happy, which is always nice to see. First acceptance-you never forget your first :P
Summary of Experience:
NYC-nice. Views of central park-nice. School in general seemed overrated to me. Tests in your underwear while in the dorm? Sounds questionable. Also, the facilities seemed pretty run down and I didn\'t get a great impression of organization about the place. Students were nice and seemed happy here though. Might be worth a second look weekend depending on how other things go
No longer interested-I did not like this place, and I\'m just assuming that I won\'t get a scholarship or anything, so its about time to withdraw
Summary of Experience:
I can\'t even explain how much I loved this school. I wasn\'t sure before I got there given its location, but the facilities were great and the educational experience seems phenomenal. This is my first choice for sure
