Finally got my recommendation. I'll save it for just in case I get waitlisted! Now, I'm waiting for my criminal report for Puerto Rico Schools!! That takes a month to recieve, if not more! I'm thinking about applying to D.O. schools.

Still waiting for 1 sci. recommendation. Thankfully I sent out my material early August. Note of advice: Ask for letters months in advance, despite how early.

I was waiting for one more recommendation from a science professor, which kept me back :( I already had my pre-med committee leter, so I sent in my recommendations w/out the one science letter. I'll send it later when I receive it. Let the mass rejections begin!

Damn! secondaries are expensive! Started mailing out a huge batch of secondaries. I have not been rejected yet, so pay no attention to the rejection put by default.

I recieved e-mails of secondaries from various schools at once. I just got back from Philadelphia, after visiting three schools (Drexel,Temple, Jefferson College. I spoke to medical students from each school to get an idea of what to expect from their institution. In addition, I visited the two schools in D.C. (George Washington and Howard). Visiting the schools was a great expereince.

My AMCAS application was just processed. Now, just waiting for secondaries to come.

I just turned in the AAMC application as a reapplicant. June 10th, 2004. Still waiting for them to approve my transcripts. I'm currently asking for recommendations from professors.
