6/17/09 - 3am. Submitted! Currently, AMCAS is obviously still waiting for my transcripts, which they should get by (hopefully latest) Friday, June 19.
6/18/09 - 330am. Was sort of hoping my transcript made it in yesterday. Apparently not. CMON US MAIL SERVICE. I should have hired a courier.
6/18/09 - 6:30pm. oh MY god. How did that transcript not make it to AMCAS in TWO WHOLE BUSINESS DAYS. Ladies and gentlemen, do not worry, I am perfectly calm. Sort of.
6/19/09 - 1:15pm. This is unbelievable. They better get those transcripts say...TODAY.
6/20/09 - 4am. I am absolutely stunned that my transcript has not made it to AMCAS. Actually, imho, I think it is there, but AMCAS has not updated my status to \'Ready for Review\' yet. I have to stop this late night business. It is just extended hours of yelling at AMCAS in my mind.
6/23/09 (Monday) - afternoon. WHERE ARE MY TRANSCRIPTS?
6/23/09 - 330pm - One of my 2 transcripts have arrived! But wait, why is it just 1? That 1 transcript covers all the grades I have, from 2 programs. Time to call AAMC.
6/23/09 - 4pm - Sara was her name. What a lovely girl at AAMC. Spoke to her, explained briefly, and I have now earned \'transcript exemption\' for my 2nd transcript. Official status: submitted to AMCAS - Ready for review. Woo!
6/25/09 - 12pm. Still Ready for review. Come on COME ON!
6/26/09 - Still Ready for review. But, got my first secondary - GWU!

7/10/09 - 11:03am. VERIFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES FINALLY.
7/11/09 - VCU Secondary! Oh wait, on further scrutiny, this email is simple confirming they have received my primary. Now they are reviewing pre-secondary. Sweet.
7/13/09 - Just got 10 more secondaries. Wow. Here we go!
7/13/09 - night - Really impressed with the turn around time of Boston University. Complete within an hour! First one complete!
7/14/09 - 2am. Beating off the secondaries with a stick here. Managed to get 9 (BU included) of them out. Waiting for complete notification from all (except BU).
7/14/09 - 9pm. New secondaries: Hopkins, UConn, and Wayne. Apparently Miami is screening me at the moment. GWU COMPLETE!
7/15/09 - St. Louis and UPenn secondaries received. CORNELL COMPLETE!
7/16/09 - 2am - Sent in UIllinois and UPenn.
7/16/09 - Today was totally unproductive, at least so far (10:45pm). I received the Wright secondary, but I haven\'t sent ANY out. Lame.
7/16/09 - Well, I sent in the Wright secondary, just so I can say I did one today haha.
7/18/09 - 2am. So apparently VCU doesn\'t send an email when the secondary becomes available. What a joke. Good thing I caught it.
7/18/09 - 5am - Submitted the VCU secondary. Sweet.
7/18/09 - 6pm. So it turns out that the majority of schools do NOT notify you when your application is complete. How considerate of them. So I happened to find out that my UPenn and Temple applications are complete. I have also discovered that Creighton needs 3 weeks to upload my LORs, so that will happen around like Aug 7 (lol). Illinois at Chicago also does not have my LORs. And, on Monday, I have to call Columbia, Dartmouth, UMass, Jefferson, Tulane, VCU, Wisconsin, and St. Louis to find out if I am complete. Sounds like fun. Currently working on completing the Wayne and Georgetown secondaries. Maybe even Hopkins if I suddenly become a brilliant writer. If I can get through those 3, I\'ll only have UConn and Duke left of the 22 secondaries I have received. I would imagine I\'ll get most of the remaining 12 in the upcoming week. But now my thesis deadline for my Masters has come upon me at last. I have like a week to get that done (lol). Time to get on that ball - probably after Wayne and Georgetown.
7/20/09 - There goes Wayne and Georgetown! No new secondaries - interesting, but actually kind of hoping it stays that way for another couple days, since I still have Hopkins, UConn, Duke, and Yale sitting here. Yale just about done. Hopkins - 1 essay to go. UConn - 2 essays to go. Duke, haven\'t even bothered lol.
7/20/09 - Called St. Louis - application complete!
7/21/09 - Halfway done with thesis. In the meantime, complete at Dartmouth, Jefferson, Wisconsin, VCU, and UMass! Also, no new secondaries. I like quiet, but this is a little too quiet. Gotta call Georgetown, Tulane, and Wright tomorrow. Columbia is still waiting on my photo... what the heck.
7/23/09 - 2am - Just submitted the Yale secondary. Still no new secondaries this week - it\'s been quiet, too quiet. Anyway, in other news, I managed to get that first draft of my thesis complete today. I will have my final draft ready by this weekend for sure. Thankfully.
7/24/09 - 1am - Complete at Creighton today. Also, got the secondaries for Tufts, NYU, and Albany. Wake sent an email saying they got my primary, nothing else. Just submitted the Albany and Tufts secondaries. And of course, still sitting on Hopkins, Duke, and UConn.
7/24/09 - 11am - Wayne complete. No new secondaries. So I guess it is time to work on NYU and Hopkins.
7/24/09 - 3pm - Michigan State secondary received.
7/26/09 - 9pm - Notttt a very productive weekend. Just sent out the NYU secondary. Hopefully I can finally do the Hopkins essay tonight. Also, still sitting on Duke and UConn, and Michigan came in Friday.
7/27/09 - 11pm - Got the Penn State secondary this morning. Sending it now. Also managed to finally send the Hopkins one out. Trying to hit the Michigan one now.
7/28/09 - 12:30am - Yay! Michigan sent! Only UConn and Duke left... and waiting to receive 6 more...I guess it is time to give UConn a whirl.
7/28/09 - 11:30am - So I didn\'t get anything done on UConn. But Yale is complete today, and I finally got the NYMC secondary.

7/28/09 - 12pm - NYU and University of Illinois complete. I also just noticed that I never wrote about Vermont. Just updated those dates above. Waiting on completion notification.
7/30/09 - 4am. Received the Harvard secondary yesterday. Just have to call the office tomorrow (or rather, today) to verify something, and that will be all set. Also, finished drafting the UConn essays, so that will go out tomorrow (or again, today, 7/30) as well. That will be 29/30, with only Duke left... *sigh*
7/30/09 - 1pm - Georgetown Complete. Harvard and UConn Sent. Only Duke remains... and I haven\'t received 4 secondaries yet - Drexel, EVMS, Miami, and Wake.
7/31/09 - 8pm - Tufts Complete. Received Wake, and sent it out.
8/4/09 - 1am - It has been really quiet these last few days. No movement at all. Hopefully something will happen by the end of the week. And maybe, at long last, it is time to start working on the Duke secondary... ugh.
8/4/09 - 2am - So apparently I have been put on \'hold\' at GWU. They never sent an email about it, so I don\'t know how long this has been the case. Interesting. So something has happened over the past few days. Well, better than a rejection!
8/8/09 - 2:30am - So I just checked my Michigan status - I was complete on 8/5, no email though. Cool! In other news, I submitted my thesis yesterday (8/7) - woo!! Still haven\'t looked at Duke lol.
8/8/09 - 3am - Just checked the Albany status page - I\'m complete! Don\'t know how long it has been this way, so I\'ll put 8/7 as the date.
8/14/09 - 2am. No news. Except Eastern Virginia has definitely screwed something up. They still have made no initial contact, yet tons of applicants who were AMCAS verified after me have already completed their application, and some even have interview offers! Every time I call the admissions office, they just say the application has not arrived at their office yet. Ugh - hopeless. Drexel just released their application yesterday, so I expect to be getting that one next week. Secondary is still not released at Miami. And I still haven\'t done Duke. So basically, no update in nearly a week. Sweet.
8/14/09 - 3pm - Complete at Wake. And I forgot to indicate I was complete at Creighton - just put that up (7/23). Also, 11 of my schools have started interviewing, Duke included. Time to start worrying haha.
8/14/09 - 6pm - Miami just rolled in! Gonna turn this around tonight I hope. A relatively high amount of activity after a week of silence. Perhaps this is the lead-in to an exciting next week...
8/15/09 - 3am - Miami submitted - 31/32!
8/18/09 - FINALLY got the EVMS secondary. About time.
8/19/09 - Mailed out the EVMS secondary - 32/33! Also, complete at Harvard!
8/21/09 - FIRST INTERVIEW OFFER!!!!!!!! WOOOO ALBANY!!! Haven\'t picked a date yet.... wowowoowowwiowwoieowiew
8/26/09 - So MDApps has completely changed its interface at some point over the past few days - great. There are tons of bugs. One of them happens to be that every date I put into the system has to be in the year 2010. I have no idea why, but from this point on, everything will have a date of 2010. Also, Secondary Received appears to have been merged with Secondary Complete. Anyway, Penn State complete today, and on Hold at UConn yesterday. In other news, I have finally drafted all 5 essays for Duke! I hope to finally submit this thing by tomorrow. Still have not received Drexel.
Oh and, as I just clicked Save, it is making me change the Application Cycle to 2009 rather than Entrance in 2010. Whatever, this is stupid. And the server is pretty damn slow.
8/27/09 - 3am - FINALLY submitted Duke!!
8/27/09 - 4pm - Complete at Hopkins, FINALLY received Drexel earlier today, and I just turned around on it - so I\'m officially done with secondaries!! Woo!! I also called Wright to see whats taking so long to be complete, and they said the application is complete if you have submitted the secondary and been verified by AMCAS. So I guess I\'m complete there. Also called Columbia, and they said I am complete, and I\'ll get an email confirmation of being complete early next week. So I\'m marking Wright and Columbia as complete today. Still waiting on complete confirmation from Tulane, NYMC, EVMS, and Vermont, and of course Duke and Drexel.
8/27/09 - 5pm - WOOOOOOOOO INTERVIEW #2!!!!!!!! TULANE!!!!!! Didn\'t even know I was complete! Marking complete and interview offer date as 8/27.
8/28/09 - Received a postcard from EVMS in the mail saying my file is complete. This is cool - only 4 schools left to be complete at!! Duke, Vermont, Drexel, and NYMC. And I might be complete at Duke, I have to call them on Monday. Gonna try to reschedule my Tulane interview on Monday for personal reasons. Let\'s see how that plays out.
8/31/09 - So I called Duke, Vermont, and NYMC today. I\'m complete at NYMC and Duke. Drexel updated my status online as complete. So only Vermont is left! 33/34!
9/3/09 - Complete at Vermont. 34/34.
9/4/09 - Tulane interview rescheduled to 9/21.
9/6/09 - On hold at VCU. Got the \"further\" message. *Sigh.
9/9/09 - Rejected from Georgetown. Damn, 1st one always stings.
9/24/09 - Back from both interviews, thought they both went pretty well. Duke has rejected me at some point - not sure when. Whatever.
10/1/09 - Rejected by Wisconsin. Lame.
10/5/09 - Interview offer from BU! BOOM!!! Date: 10/19.
10/19/09 - Just had my BU interview! I thought it went really well! Now begins the long wait since they don\'t make their first decisions til late January...
10/20/09 - Wayne State Invite!!!!! Flying to Detroit for interview on 11/23!
10/22/09 - So Tulane is the only of the 4 schools that could have a decision for me before December. And it has now been a month, with no news. So I got rather anxious and gave Tulane Admissions a call today. I was told my application was reviewed this week... could tomorrow be the day I get some news?!?!?!? PLEASE BE GOOD NEWS?!??!!?!?¿¿¿¡¡¡¡?¡¿?!
11/4/09 - So Tulane finally sent me an email. Kinda knew it since it took this long to get to my inbox. I was placed in the \'acceptable range.\' Cool name for a waitlist, I\'d say. Bah. I was really hoping to get in here, it rwould be soooo nice to have assurance I\'m going somewhere at least. Ahhhhhhhh. Not happy.
