    Summary of Application Experience

6/22/09 - had meeting with pre-med advisor and committee letter has recommended me as 'outstanding' candidate, yippee! I hope the medical schools agree with them :)

6/14/09 - Greetings! AMCAS sent the 'processing complete' email on 6/8/09 after a 6/3/09 submission date. I'm assuming that means it's been verified. They're just waiting on LOR's

I know it's not the most impressive app, but hopefully med schools will like me enough to ask me for an interview :) Right now, I have a decent MCAT score, but I know I could have done better and I'm re-taking. Hopefully it'll boost my chances with the schools I applied to (most of them have ~35 average).

I'm aiming at staying close to family in IL, but in researching some schools I might have changed that hope. Well, I can only make choices if I get in so I'll figure it out at that point.

Just want to wish everyone best of luck this cycle. Just try your best and that's all you can do!!!!
