Its April and at this point I am already preparing to reapply. I do not expect to hear back from my holds at Penn State and Downstate.
Where did I go wrong?
I sent in my secondaries late. MY application ended up being complete early September.
Miraculously I somehow got 5 interviews.
I was lucky to get them considering how late everything was filed and yet somehow i messed those up as well.
My plan for this upcoming application process is to reinvent myself. I am hoping to get a cancer research position at Columbia. IM going to dedicated each and every cell of my body to getting published.
Other than that, my application is ready to go. Come June first, my application will be sent out. We'll see how filing early makes a difference.
