Summary of Application Experience
Very little volunteering and NO shadowing. All of my clinical experience was paid and all of it was outside of a hospital. I was involved in activiites where I took direct care of medically complex individuals and I wouldn't trade it for the world. So it's easiest to follow the pattern recommended on SDN, but there are so many different ways to show your interest in medicine.
