Summary of Application Experience
I was really on top of things by turning everything in early. I went to all the interviews I got. The secondaries were a pain to fill out. I can't believe I even got accepted to USC given my god-awful BCMP GPA - which I jokingly call 'pi' - 3.14 haha. very funny.
Someone very kind in the admissions process must have thought I made up for bad grades through extracurriculars. I'm not an URM, either. Rather I am probably one of the most common ethnic categories of pre-med: ASIAN!!! eeek. That must have not counted favorably. I bet you a million bucks that I'm one of ten Asians who got accepted into any medical school this year with a 3.14 BCMP, much less three allo schools, some of which aren't so poorly ranked...
