Summary of Application Experience
5/18 I'm applying to both MD and DO schools. Both applications are filled out, just perfecting my personal statement. Transcripts have arrived for the DO application already, but not the MD application. Just waiting for my MCAT scores to come back (3/20), then I'll hit send on the primary application. Depending on how the scores come out, perhaps I'll add on a bunch more MD schools, just need to somehow get some more money.
5/19 Got my MCAT results back today, I did OK. I've never gotten above an 8 on Verbal and I got an 11! My average for physical sciences has been a 12, and I got a 9, so I'm kinda bummed about that. And, my 8 in bio has been my average, so that's kind of expected. I don't wanna look at another MCAT prep book ever again, so no retake for me. Looks like I'll have to write stellar essays and dazzle the interview board with my charm and wit!
