Summary of Application Experience
The whole process was quite long, at times trying, and occasionally frustrating, but obviously worth it in the end. I have been accepted to my top two schools, and now have the luxury of choosing between the two. Everyone says this, but APPLY EARLY. It is now the second of November and I know that I will have a place to go next fall, which is an enormous burden off of my shoulders to say the least. I would also suggest to try and be genuine when writing personal/secondary essays, and also during interviews. I mean, we all know what you are 'supposed' to say, including admissions committees. Good luck to anyone who is still going through the admissions process or even thinking about it, it is difficult but doable, and very much worth it in the end.
