This is my second round of applications. For the 2008 entering class, I applied to 6 very competitive NY area schools. My applications were complete near the deadline. I received one interview, was put on hold, then alternate list. Here we go again!

7/2/08- AMCAS processed
7/20/08- Submitted TMDSAS
7/21/08- Submitted most secondaries
7/25/08- Called SUNY Downstate: The alternate list is moving slowly (still holding on to some hope for a 2008 start)
7/27/08- Submitted TAM and UT SW secondaries
8/11/08- 2008 orientation--No acceptance, so I guess it's time to focus on 2009
8/19/08- Received first 2009 interview invite, TCOM for 9/4
8/19/08- Emailed TX schools to tell them I would be in town for another interview
9/2/08- Emailed TX schools (except holding off on SA since so much correspondence regarding last emails) to tell them I would be in town for 10/3 interview
9/4/08- TCOM interview went very well. They said early acceptances would go out by snail mail in Oct. or Nov.
10/14/08- Heard that not yet 'under review' at NYU
10/30/08- Supplemental rec letter sent to UTSW
