Summary of Application Experience
down to either baylor or hopkins; baltimore is not the nicest environment in which to experience my mid-20's. the security guards on every street corner around the hospital make it a bit sketch. every sign in the hospital touts their us news rankings as the greatest hospital on the face of the planet; maybe it is, most likely it is one of many. that pretension gets a bit old. many of the students (i.e. classmates) are a bit too non-traditional for me; ex-cops amidst the bunch. and it is an expensive school. but...all that said, it is hopkins.
now baylor - nothing bad i can say here. truly fantastic place to be. cheap tuition; incredible really. good looking curriculum as well, and a quality international health focus if desired (I DO!). we shall have to see.
