8/28 NYMC!!!!!!!! An interview!!!!!!

9/4 First rejection from Gtown.

9/10 Hold at Drexel, Invite from RFU, Hold at UCSD. Sucks.

9/12 CASE INVITE!!! WOW! I thought this school was out of my league.

9/25 NYMC Interview. School was nice, and students were friendly. Campus was a little small, but I really liked its location. Interview went okay, but I was nervous since it was my first one. Results in December.

10/5 RFU Interview. School was okay, but we sat around for ~4 hours. North Chicago is flat and boring, and this school is my last choice. Interview did not change my opinions. Second interview with research director was a little tough.

10/9 More holds. :(

10/18 RFU Acceptance. Yay I'm going to med school, but let's hope for something better.

11/17 Just got back from Einstein/Case trip. Einstein = good. Clicked with interviewer and school was not too shabby. Case = bad. Interviewer was a dud and am expecting a rejection. Both were in not-so-great areas.

12/5 3 things today: NYMC acceptance (yay no RFU), UCSD told me I don't have enough ECs, and Case put me on hold. Big bummer, but I didn't fall in love with the school when I was there. Evaluating my choices right now, I really really REALLY like AECOM, but if that doesn't happen, I'm okay with NYMC.

1/3 After almost 4 months of interview invite silence, I get an NYU invite!!! I can't believe it!

1/15 I GOT IN TO EINSTEIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to NYC! I also interviewed at NYU not too long ago, and LOVED it. I would be excited to go there... I don't know if Case is still in the picture because of that lousy hold, but I still love them (despite being in Cleveland) :(

2/14 Wow, UCLA. I would give both my kidneys to go here. I thought my chance at staying in California was over, but I was wrong! I love this state and I love UCLA!

2/26 Davis invite! I had a gut feeling I'd get an interview here, and I'm so happy to have another shot at staying in California.

3/5 UCLA interview. I got 2 interviews (1 student, 1 faculty) and got a little ripped off on time since the admissions office sent me to the wrong room. I still loved the campus, curriculum, and students. #1 choice by far, but I don't think I'm good enough for an acceptance. Also got USC and UCSD rejections today.

3/7 Davis interview. Had great, easy, laid back interviews and learned a lot about the school. I'll decide if it's a good fit for me if I'm accepted. Gotta evaluate if Sacramento is where I want to live.

3/15 Looks like my application cycle is almost over :( Expecting rejections from UCI, Hopkins, Drexel. Still, in retrospect, I'm very happy with the interviews I received.
