Summary of Application Experience
As you can probably tell by my age I'm a non-trad, although I took the pre-req give or take ten years ago. I had an epiphany last december and studied like hell for the april mcat. I had no idea however how gruelling the application process would be. I've gotten a rejection from Mayo, a hold from U of Chicago--both places I like, but due to my lack of research I didn't count as good personal fits. I now have 5 DO interviews and am about to begin an exciting month of my life. We'll see what happens next month. In the past month I've gotten my first four acceptances, and a rejection from UDub. I'm hoping to hear back from the UCs about interviews.
