August 31st, 2007: I apply a bit earlier and get AMCAS in by the end of August. Stupid me trying to hold out for my waitlisted options. I\'m just really glad that they save the answers year to year. I sent in my transcripts in June so verification was really fast this year.

October 2nd, 2007: I\'m done OMSAS! Liberal reuse of last years answers.
October 7th, 2007: All secondaries in except Columbia and Hopkins (b/c of additional essays)
November 15th 2007: Hopkins and Columbia essays finally done. Secondaries in. ahh...so late. not expecting much
Dec 17th: Harvard Complete
Dec 19th 2007: I got an interview at WashU!!! SCORE!! What a christmas present! Booked for the 1st week of January
Jan 8th 2008: WashU interview. Awesome school and support system. Students are awesome but I don\'t think i woudl pick this school over UofT. Just not special enough..i think i still have Yale withdrawal.
Jan 14: Hopkins Complete
Jan 23rd: GAHHHH!! Turns out that Vanderbilt had sent me an interview invite in OCTOBER!! Now it\'s too late to fill out the secondary...grrrrrrr....stupid situation. Man. Just my luck.
Jan 23rd: AHHHHHHHH!!! No email from McMaster means that I don\'t have an Interview!!! AHHHH...Worst DAY EVER....
Jan 28th: Rumours about Queen\'s Increasing their writing sample cut off are true.. WTF makes it an \'R\'. It\'s clearly a different percentile range comparing between computer-based test and paper tests. AHH....how stupid!! Not to mention a get horrid grades in my English courses too. such a horrible week.
Feb 1st: Ahh...reprive! I get a UofOttawa interview...phew...
Feb 7th: Sweet! I get one of the interviews on the first weekend at UofT. Awesome
Feb 15th: Ahh..last one. UWO interview. So far so good i guess.
Feb 22nd: Awesome weekend at UofT. Amazing school and I love T.O.! This is definately my first choice. All the students are just great.
Feb 25th: Holy Shit. I get an email this morning with an invite to Johns Hopkins!!!! HOOOOOOLLY SHITTTTTTT. I\'m estatic!!!!
Mar 14th: Interview at JHU. Sweet. The interview went well but the school is a bit more run down than i had expected. and Baltimore public transit is a little scary past 10. Overall tho...the *woah*s elicited from classmates tells me i\'d be a fool to turn this place down if i got in.

March 27th: Crap...all of the schools w/o interviews have rejected...darn. I wanted to go to Yale again... :(
March 27st: UofOttawa interview. Nice town and nice atmosphere. The bilingual thing is cool. I\'d be happy to come here :)
April 4th: UWO is nice. The students are so relaxed. I would love to come here...but not over UofT
April 17th: Ahhh...Waitlisted at JHU. Better than rejection i guess.
May 15th: Today is the day!!! I get waitlisted at Ottawa. and my UofT offer goes to my junkmail folder. Oh well. Doesn\'t matter that Western is incommunicado...I GOT U of T!!!!!! Definitely a firm acceptance here.
May 16th: Ahh I got into UWO too! Sweet. but prolly be turning it down...I just can\'t say no to living downtown Toronto!! I also got an email from the assistant dean of WashU telling me that she would personally talk to the admit committee if I still wanted to go to WashU as my first choice. On the other hand, I can\'t afford the escrow requirement for Canadians...so I politely declined her offer.
Long Long process. two years running, but i\'m sooo happy I ended up getting my first choice (and no waiting too...ahhh...too lucky.....)!!!
