Summary of Application Experience
Got pre-secondary invites from Vanderbilt, Pittsburgh, and Michigan. Ended up filling out only 6 secondaries because I felt like a had a very good shot at Michigan. Even though things turned out for the best, I recommend NOT doing this. I saved a ton of money with regards to travel expenses and secondary fees, but the stress IMO is not worth it. Just got overwhelmed when all the secondaries came in at once. In retrospect, I probably should have applied to fewer schools and followed through on them more diligently.
Oops, I lied. Ended up not sending in secondaries to Harvard and Johns Hopkins either for some good reasons. So it's Michigan, UCSF, UPenn, or WashU.
