i did everything possible not to get into medical school...alcohol violation, honor violation, suspended 2 semesters, 2.3 gpa fresh yr, august mcat, late application (not verified until november).
what i did right: 3.6+ after fresh yr (3.8+ last 3 semesters), mcat score, ms in physiology in georgetown smp, and campaigned my butt off to get into tulane...i owe tulane a lot for giving me a chance, so i certainly will not disappoint them. most schools didnt probably didnt give my application much of a look. its been a long road, but i was eventually forgiven for my poor decision-making. dont give up if you really want to do this. if you have any questions, [email protected]. good luck.
