    Pre-reqs to go: Bio 1 lab, Bio 2+lab, Orgo 2, Biochemistry

    Extracurriculars:


    Clinical:
    -Hospital volunteering ~75 hours so far.
    -Most likely will be shadowing some doctors this summer.

    Non-Clinical:
    -Engineers Without Borders
    -Will be involved in some MatSE clubs
    -Undergraduate TA for an intro ECE course (two semesters, done with it now to focus on research)

    Research:
    -Undergraduate research assistant working on biosensors in biomedical engineering. Transient and flexible electronics with a focus on biomedical technologies. Have been with this group for two semesters and plan to continue with them for the next two years and I plan to do a senior thesis with the group.
    -Biomedical Engineering Intern at the Mayo Clinic this summer working in gastroenterology

    I haven't decided yet if I am going to apply MD/PhD or MD only. It will most likely depend on how well research goes for me during the next two years as well as how my MCAT score turns out.
